Wyndeham Press Group has appointed Alan Outlaw as customer service director at Wyndeham Heron, its flagship web offset plant in Essex (UK).

Wyndeham Press Group has appointed Alan Outlaw as customer service director at Wyndeham Heron, its flagship web offset plant in Essex (UK) According to Wyndeham, Outlaw will play a pivotal role in supporting Wyndeham Heron's publishing customers

He will also serve to streamline the communication process between sales, account management and production and further integrate those functions.

Prior to joining Wyndeham, Outlaw spent almost 30 years at Polestar, beginning his print career at Watmoughs as an apprentice printer, through gravure and web offset printing, culminating as a key account director at Polestar, where he had full responsibility for a number of major clients including National Magazines, Asda and Publicis Blueprint.

Richard Heron, managing director of Wyndeham Heron, commented: "We are delighted to have recruited Alan Outlaw, whose extensive experience and dedication to customer service will be invaluable in supporting our clients and in driving the business forward."
