Wyndeham Buys Large Format And Digital
Print Firm
Large format and digital printing company Professional Imaging has been bought by Wyndeham Visual Communications for an undisclosed sum.
Professional Imaging will be fully integrated with Colourlink, Wyndeham Group's retail and POS division to offer clients an enhanced set of servicess across the digital print spectrum, said the company Formed in 1998 by its managing director, Dave Pimlott, Professional Imaging provides wide format graphics, including interior and exterior signage, building wraps, vehicle graphics and custom-built exhibition stands

Colourlink focuses mainly on the production of interior graphics for retail, offices, bars and restaurants with a portfolio of clients including Harrods and Debenhams.
The new company, which will trade as Colourlink, will operate from a 17,500 square foot studio in Witham (UK) which is equipped with the UV flatbed technology and CAD cutting tables for producing display products and materials.
Dave Pimlott will continue as managing mirector of the new company and will be supported by Colourlink's sales director, Stephen Miles.
Mick Tooley, chief executive of Wyndeham Visual Communications, said: "The acquisition of Professional Imaging represents a key part of our growth strategy for the retail graphics division of our group.
Both companies have common manufacturing technologies but operate mainly in different sectors of the large format digital markets.
The new company will, therefore, be able to supply all the main sectors of the market and provide an excellent platform for future growth." Dave Pimlott commented: "Colourlink and Professional Imaging have had a strategic partnership for some time and this was the logical next step.
By combining our manufacturing operations and skill sets we can now offer an even broader range of services to our respective clients.".
