Xaar plc, the inkjet printing technology group headquartered has appointed Phil Eaves, as worldwide sales and marketing director and member of the board effective from March 1.

Xaar plc, the inkjet printing technology group headquartered has appointed Phil Eaves, as worldwide sales and marketing director and member of the board effective from March 1.

Eaves joins the group from Dainippon Screen where he held the position of marketing manager for Europe.

He brings over 20 years of sales and marketing expertise across many sectors of the imaging and printing industries and has held senior management positions at Scitex, Crosfield, and Xeikon.

Ian Dinwoodie, Xaar's chief executive, commented: "This appointment signals a further strengthening of the leadership team at Xaar.
