Phil Eaves, Xaar's director of sales and marketing explained why Xaar are participating in the show: "We wanted to be at the Shanghai show for several reasons but primarily to pay tribute to our many successful gold partner OEMs.

We have been doing business in China now for five years and really value the long standing relationships that we have been fortunate enough to establish with our Chinese based OEMs.

The Shanghai show gave us a great opportunity to welcome our OEM partners." Stella Hu of Teckwin, the global wide format printer manufacturer, said: "We have been working with Xaar for four years.

What we have come to rely on from Xaar is the standard of service they provide.

With Xaar, customer service is second to none and this is a really important factor for a company such as ours."
