Xaar Half-Year Profits Almost Doubled
Xaar has reported that revenues for the six months to 30 June 2005 are in-line with the company's expectations at close to GBP 20.0m, compared to 2004's GBP 16.9m.

Toyo Ink's Liojet FV03 inks have now been approved for use with Xaar's 760 range of inkjet printheads.
The figures are stated under UK GAAP to be consistent with current market forecasts.

The group's Omnidot printhead platform, its new range of products co-developed with Agfa (and named 'UPH' in its Agfa format), started commercial production in the second quarter of the year and was officially launched by Agfa at the FESPA trade show held in May in Munich (Germany).
