The format flexibility of the Xeikon 6000 digital colour press convinced CDS Publications to install the machine to produce large format digital products.
Apart from its format flexibility, the Xeikon 6000 also has a claimed speed of 170 letter size pages per minute and a duty cycle of five million pages per month, making it, in Xeikon's opinion, the fastest and most productive digital colour press on the market In addition, it is also claimed to be the only digital colour press that can print on both sides of a substrate in a single pass (one-pass-duplex technology)
