Digital asset management systems firm Xinet has expanded its European sales operation by naming Graphic Computer Support as the authorised integrator for Xinet software in Denmark.

Digital asset management systems firm Xinet has expanded its European sales operation by naming Graphic Computer Support as the authorised integrator for Xinet software in Denmark Graphic Computer Support (GCS) joins the worldwide global network of Xinet integrators

Based in central Copenhagen and founded eight years ago as an Apple Computer dealer, GCS now also sells systems by Sun Microsystems, Windows machines, Adobe and Macromedia.

GCS has been selling and customising the Xinet system for the last five years through Inpress Systems, Xinet's Swedish integrator, and it has installed Xinet's system with 30 newspapers, printers, corporate graphics departments and advertising agencies, including Kommunikations Huset SP3, BBDO Denmark, Grey Denmark, Scanad, Schweitzer and Deltagrafisk.

"Together, Graphic Computer Support and Xinet make an excellent team because GCS has the most experience and expertise in guiding Danish graphic arts and advertising companies, whilt Xinet's forte is helping those companies increase revenue and production," said Carole Witter, Xinet's director of worldwide sales.

GCS's co-owner, Kenneth Braagaard Bang, commented: "Xinet software is perfect for Danish companies.

Many people in Denmark work constantly with people based in different parts of Europe and the world and Xinet Webnative is the powerful tool that connects them in collaborative production." GCS is one of four recently appointed authorised Xinet integrators, the others including Calibrate Workflow Consulting in Austria, Digisol Media in India and The Habis Group in the Middle East.
