New Corporate Image For Xitron At Print '05

Xitron will unveil a new corporate image at Print 05 in Chicago (USA) from September 9 - 15 on its stand - 6339.

Xitron, the independent developer and integrator of Raster Image Processors, RIP management software and workflow software will unveil a new corporate image at Print 05 in Chicago (USA) from September 9 - 15 on its stand - 6339.

Xitron's president, Jim Thrush, said: "As part of a continuing effort to provide our customers with greater value, we are changing the way we bring our products to market.

We surveyed of a cross-section of our customers to get a better understanding of their perceptions of our work and more than 70 per cent rated us as a trusted partner and 85 per cent gave our products a sound and trusted rating." As part of the new programme, Xitron said that it has redesigned its literature to assist dealers and end users with more comprehensive product information.

In addition, the Xitron website is being further enhanced to provide greater technical information and support.

Bret Farrah, Xitron's vice president of support services, commented: !More than 88 per cent of those surveyed rated Xitron support as excellent.

This tells us that our efforts to improve are working but we must continue.

We're now developing plans for a dealer message board to enhance communication worldwide." Xitron offers support to dealers and support agreement customers via a network of email and automated phone routing technology, along with a web-accessible trouble shooting answer book.

The searchable database of common errors and problems is said to offer speedy problem resolution 24 hours a day, anywhere in the world.
