XL Recruitment and Training will be attending the Gulf Print '07 exhibition, with the company's managing director Ian Swarbrick giving daily presentations on recruitment and training services for the MEA regions.

Gulf Print will be held at the Dubai Airport Expo from April 2-5.

XL Recruitment and Training will be in attendance as part of the company's business partnership with digital printing systems provider, Xerox, where XL will be explaining its recruitment and training services.

XL Recruitment and Training's managing director, Ian Swarbrick, explained: "We want to demonstrate that what we are offering is not just about putting the right people in to the right position.

It's about the right training and continual personal development during their careers and it's about putting the right remuneration package together, where the emphasis isn't all about the basic salary .

Its all part of creating a complete human capital solution, which we feel differentiates XL from other similar companies in our sector." In addition, XL said it will also be attending the Xerox Forum in Rome, as a global channel partner to Xerox, working as part of its profit accelerator programme.

Launched in 2004, profit accelerator is a customer resource programme, aimed at helping customers grow their businesses and succeed in the digital printing sector.

Attendees at the forum will include members of Xerox's global premier partners network, which includes representatives from some of the most advanced and skilled digital printers in their respective countries, Xerox iGen3 users and other companies that have not invested in Xerox equipment, said XL.

XL added that it will be explaining how its recruitment and training services can benefit clients that are either Xerox users or companies that are looking to invest in Xerox's digital technology for the first time.

XL's training and recruitment programmes are geared towards adding value added benefits to Xerox clients, added the company.

Kevin O'Donnell, iGen3 marketing manager for United Kingdom and Ireland for Xerox, said: "We have worked over the past two years with Ian and his team in the UK to develop a broader based proposition for our clients.

XL's expertise and ability to identify, train and place digital professionals in our market is an invaluable tool in creating the right business model." The Forum will be held at the Rome Marriott Park Hotel, from the April 18 - 20.

With offices in Manchester and London, XL Recruitment and Training has been established for 12 years, with a client portfolio stretching throughout the UK and EMEA.

The company commented that over that time it has established a number of business partnerships, most notably with Xerox, with whom the company has launched a range of digital systems training in the UK and in 2007 in EMEA and Australia.

Gulf Print is the Middle East's premier print and publishing show that takes place in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The event has attracted manufacturers and distributors from within the print and publishing community from across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and the USA.
