Xerox Digital Printers Meet Firm's
Growing Demands
Improving productivity to meet business growth, with capacity to also fulfil a move in to new markets is being supported by Xerox colour and mono printing systems at Greenaways.
The producer of financial, reports and accounts and digital printing, has installed a series of Xerox systems to replace two Xerox Docucolor 6060s and a Docutech 6180 with Xerox's iGen3, Docucolor 8000 and two Nuvera 120 machines Xerox said the continued investment by Greenaways demonstrates the company's understanding of the properties of digital printing, such as on-demand production, fast turn-around and high quality colour and mono printing that is comparable with lithographic production

The company added that the benefits of digital printing, coupled with the performance of Xerox's machines addresses the production needs of financial and publicly-listed customers, such as personalised circulars, proxy cards and annual reports and maintains the business's core values of speed, value for money, accuracy and delivery.
Tom Holland, operations director at Greenaways, said: "We have worked with Xerox for some time and remain impressed at the speed and quality of its machines, particularly the Nuvera 120 and iGen3.
When we first decided to replace our monochrome and colour machines we looked to all the key digital vendors for the best solution and came back to Xerox as the company offered the optimum systems for our requirements.
The evolution of digital printing has been exciting, particularly the quality of colour production which is essential for books and annual reports.
However the real beauty of digital is its on-demand capabilities." Peter Taylor, the director and general manager for graphic arts at Xerox UK, commented: "The installations at Greenaways signify the growing demand for colour and mono personalised documents in the financial services industry and, in turn, our understanding of Greenaways' core business.
As Greenaways grows and expands its business, Xerox technology and workflow will be able to handle greater capacities, whilst maintaining speed and quality." The new system installed at Greenaways will be supplemented by two existing Docutech 6155 machines.
