It is said to perfectly satisfy the needs of firms that deal with small run production and thanks to its flexibility can make an easy and fast format change.
The Roby One, simple in structure and design, incorporates the latest advancements in technology.
Using the true and tested gluing system, it is equipped with a specially designed air feeder carriage system.
From a high pile feeder it picks up the material to be glued, transports it into the gluing area, and places it on the other substrate located on the register board, within a very tight tolerance, with the material to be coupled and pressing it lightly to assure a perfect coupling.
If requested Zechini's research and development department can custom design the Roby One to suite special applications.
The brand-new high-performance automatic casemaker, Roby 2V has a computerised system for the machine's functions and an assisted system for a rapid format change.
Roby 2V has carried out to work with a wide range of materials such as paper, plastified paper, PVC and thermo-sensitive coagulated materials, amongst others, coupling them with stiff cardboard, multilayer, stuffed cardboard, micro-ondulated cardboard and wood.
Zechini Gra.For was established in 1952 to manufacture bookbinding, graphic arts and converting machines suitable for small and medium size users.
Through the years the firm has developed a lot of products in the field of bookbinding and converting machineries.
The Zechini Gra.For stand at Drupa 2004 will be in hall 14, stand C04.
