In Barcelona, during the Graphispag 2007 exhibition, the company will present the new automatic casemaker - the Roby 1800.

The Roby 1800 is described as, the complete line for the production of one or multi-pieces hard covers.

The new machine is part of the Zechini Gra-for casemaker line - Roby Generation - that already includes the semi-automatic Roby Junior gluing and turning-in machine (for low volume production) and the medium volume production Roby One gluing-coupling machine.

In developing its new products, Zechini sought to satisfy a strong market demand by offering a competitive price and a quick, user-friendly machine that ensured high product quality.

The Roby 1800 includes different units that are available separately, offering to the customer several investment alternatives.

The company added that even if productivity is high, the line only needs the presence of one operator.

The no-stop board feeder with top-charge allows users to reduce to the minimum the machine-stop-times, increasing the speed up to a maximum of 1,800 pieces per hour.

The requested sizes in the diaries and hard cover books sector are satisfied by the Roby 1800, said the company.

The Roby Junior casemaker is said to meet the needs of small companies.

It has all inclusive components in a single unit, with hot and cold gluing, a multi-piece board feeder and semi-automatic turning-in.

The Roby One coupling machine has become Zechini 's best seller, with its newest options and features claimed to have made it more versatile and multi-functional than before.

Graphispag 2007 in Barcelona will run from February 19 - 25 and the Zechini stand will be D-412 in hall 4.
